Regardless of where the project is located, InnVentures will act as the “in-house hotel expert” for developers who control a great piece of dirt but don’t have the experience to turn it into a hotel, resort or mixed-use development.
Our involvement typically includes assembling and negotiating terms with all members of the professional team (architect, interior designer, general contractor, project manager, feasibility firm, procurement group, franchise company and management company). If the hotel is to be condo-titled, we will implement a visioning/marketing/branding process, determine the legal structure and select the project sales team.
