Jon Zwickel
Founder, President
Jon Zwickel is a third-generation hotelier who grew up carrying suitcases and trays in
New York's legendary Catskill Mountain hotels.
Since founding InnVentures in 1978, he has been directly involved in acquiring, visioning, financing, branding, constructing, and renovating hotels and resorts. He has been directly involved in commercial hotels, fractional and timeshare resorts,
independent and flagged properties as well as both privately held and public companies
in the US, Central America and all across Canada.
In 2016, he was honoured with the Prime Minister's Canadian Award for Volunteerism as a result of his work
creating Skwachàys Lodge.
In 2017, Jon was named Vacation Ownership Industry Global Leader of the Year.
